: D Front end articulation

Hi.
I’m from Israel.
I've been reading this forum for a while and I enjoy it very much.
This is the first time I'm posting here, so excuse me if I make spelling mistakes.

I own 2 Land-Rover, D90 and D110, both soft-top, and I have a workshop for Land-Rover improvements.

On the rear-end I got great articulation (I will post pictures soon).
I want to get better front end articulation.
I noticed that the biggest problem is that radius arms (I use the stock radius arms).
I read this discussion:

And saw the lovely solution these guys made
http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=61187&perpage=25&pagenumber=3

And I have some questions:
1) Is there a place I can buy these bushings? I read they're going to manufacture them.
2) How big is the improvement, or is better to skip this and go with a new radius arms kit, like Rover-team ?
3) Is there an effect on the D stability when accelerating, braking?
4) What springs would you recommend for the front-end , that would be tough enough to handle a winch and a massive front bumper, but still be flexible enough to handle the articulation. Usually we use OME heavy duty

TIA
Erez.

I do plan to manufacture them but at this point I havent had a chance to do any more with them. (or any of my other projects I got going)

The stabliity does change cause your front axle can articulate more (so you get more body roll if you keep the same springs). How goo it drives on the road really depends on what springs and shocks you use. In terms of locating the front axle the drilled bushes seem to work identically to the stock ones so that, from my experience and others here, stearing and braking performance is not changed.
