What axle are you guys using on your SASed full size Bronco's? I am not a big fan of IFS or TTB in my case and would like to get the low down on the axle and what steering you are running? Everything else I can figure out for myself. Some pics of some SASed Broncos would also be great. Thanks in advance. Jeff

Never done it on a Bronco but we swaped a Dana 60 into an F-250 that had the TTB44 up front. Nothing hard at all, it was basickly a bolt on job.
For the Bronco you would need a Dana 44 that came out of an earlier Bronco or F-150 that was coil spring. If you find a doner truck to get it off of go ahead and get all the stearing to becuse the TTB has a two peace(I want to say tierod but not sure if thats the wirte word for it) where a solid is just one peace.
Other then that you might need to modify the driveshaft but we didnt have to on the F-250 so I dont thikn you will have to.
The radius arms should be about the same to, when we did the F-250 we did it with leafs so we didnt have to worry about that.
Ohyeah you will have to fab up a track bar mount to allmost forgot aobut that one. I bet others can give more input but this is just a basic overview. Good luck with the swap

D60 front from '87 F350, leaf sprung. Front d/s was not shortened and it works altho it should be shorter. For now steering is stock F350, it bolts right up to the steering box.
Check your PM's.
