Well, I wheeled the Paragon park last weekend and kinked my rear FJ60 lifted spring on my SUA setup. This spring was essentially new from Man-a-Fre. These are flipped springs and i kinked the main leaf about 6" behind the spring hanger pin.

One thing I noticed is that my rear spring hanger was a freekin land anchor on the extreme trails...(driver skills are not up to snuff but thats beside the point here

:flipoff2: )

So, instead of shelling out the jack for a new spring (MAF said might as well get a new spring at the cost of the main leaf), I am considering SOA, starting in the rear.

The first thing I want to see is pics of people who raised there rear spring hanger. I seems to me this would be a good thing, adding frame clearance and pointing the pinion up.

I have attached a pic of M. Smythes for reference of what the hell I am talking about.

...by the way, Paragon is the real deal.

The setup i made is very similar to the setup in the pic and it works great. I can tell because my stock ones had tons of rock rash on them, and eventually bent my frame in. My new ones have hardly any rock rash.

Mine are about 2 in forward of the ones in the pick, and i made a much beefier bracket, and inserted a piece of tube in the frame that was 1/4 in thick, and welded that in, so the bolt goes totally through the frame.

This is Ian not Andy, and i don't know how to post pics or else i would.
