I searched and could not find what I need so here we go...

I want a hydraulic clutch in my Scrambler and I have a friend parting out a TJ, so I am wondering if the pedal assembly from it will work in my 8. I will also be looking to be using the power brake booster from the TJ so I need to know if that is compatible with bigger master cylinders because I will have disc brakes on the front and rear D44s. For the clutch I will try to use the complete setup including slave and fluid cylinders. I will be swapping in a NP435 behing the stock 258.

Any ideas would be helpful as I am going to see the stuff tomorrow.

Thanks. I appreciate all knowledgable input.

I used a TJ M/C and pedal bracket in my 43' MB so it will work but you will have to chop the front mounts down a little; I ended up putting a brace that bolted into the booster studs and the inner fenderwell that kept every thing nice and solid for when you really stomp on the brake or clutch... Just try it - its the only way you are going to know for sure how easily is will go into its new home

Thanks, Matt. I was thinking that it would work with a little coaxing, but just wanted to make sure.

One trick you may have to do depending on what your floor pan looks like is to cut and reweld the pedals themselves, the brake pedal had too much swing in mine so I had to shorten it and angle the pad foward a little bit
