For those interested in a day trip or overnight event. I am taking my oldest camping/wheeling to Frank Raines Nov 3 and 4. Mini Scout gathering, come on down for the day or night. Let me know if you can make it.

Frank Raines has one decent creek run and a lot of hill climbs and is open to both Moto Cross and OHV. The park also has camping pads, and camper hook-ups with electrical. Real mellow family oriented weekend. BTW, Josh C and his family will be there also, so that's at least two Scouts in attendance.

The trail is pretty easy. Let's see a couple of folks without built rigs show up. I am only running a 4" lift with 33s. You Can DOOOO IIEEETT!

West of Patterson off 5... The camp grounds are accessable for cars, even the Yugo Josh drives can make it to the camps.

Ok, gonna check the schedule with the old lady...I'll keep you posted.

Okay, I have confirmed with the little old lady, and she has offically marked it into her calender. We are a go for launch! It looks like I will be sportin' my DD, 92 stock (stock as stock gets!) 4runner. I will try to make it I just went to the rubicon this wekend. It be cool to hang with some scouts for a change.

I found my vibration today. My driveline took a dump on me. The problem is the angle is just too much for even the CV. I did grind it out and welded the part of the housing that broke. It works like that but there's no way I'm going to drive it far with a U-joint cap welded in place.

Glad to hear you going to make it. The stock Yota will be OK... Honey it adds character.

Hey guys...I think that I am going to back out of this trip...Without a 4x4 of my own, it seems kinda pointless...all my 4x4 buddies decided to either not go or head to the Con. I think that I am going to talk to them about catching a ride through. Sorry about flaking...I hate people like me. I'll have to meet up with you guys at a later date...Thanks for the invite though.
