: 8.8 and 9" Driveline Bearing Question

98 Ranger
had 8.8 (with flange)
took off flange with u-joint at the end of the driveline, it lookes like the u-joint off the driveline (from 8.8) is the same as the ford 9" is it true?

9" is under the 98 ranger and everything looks good :)

It is the same - remeber that the 9" has 2 cap sizes and there only 1/16 apart from each other- and also two cross lock up dimensions stock application- 3 1/4 inside like you have and 3 5/8 - Jess
