I just wanted to give kudos where it is due. I called in today with a CAD Lite question. I talked to Sky(?). I thought I had a simple question, but it got complicated. Sky used a program to get into my computer, and he and I worked on the file. I learned so much. I had been using the manual, but just was not grasping some parts of 'welding" and "nodes". He took his time with me and made sure I understood. Thanks to Sky and the Torchmate crew.

I have been speaking with Sky and the rest of the torchmate techs, Sky in my opinion speaks my language better than the others. I am not saying anything bad about the rest of the guys but Sky is my favorite. Thanks Sky for all your help.....

X2. I think all the techs are great, but Sky is really good at breaking everything down so it is very simple to understand.

sky has my vote as well extremely patient and really goes the extra step to help with what ever my needs may be. im pretty sure he is in parts now but was in tech for quite some time.

That's correct, Sky has been in the parts department since the end of March this year, so if you were working with a tech since then you were probably speaking with Scott, the names sort of sound familiar.

Even in the parts arena he is still very helpful. He has unintentionally provided me with technical support when I have called to order consumables and such. Having a tech guy in the parts department is a good thing.:D
