Well I have seen whats looks to be a very official and true 2010 KOH map. Is it possible that its hit the internet already? I will not repost it or link or such, just to try and not pass good or bad info...

I saw the post 10 minutes after it was first posted. "skxj" was the user's name used.
Knowing the map is not to be released till next week, I reported it immediately. It was removed within minutes by camo.

Well its odd, due to the fact that image name was very random and would Never have been found in a search on google or such I think, randomly.. So the guy on NAXJA that posted it I feel either was told where to find it or is this person you speak off under a alter login name...

In any case its gone and I really dont think it will be found again with a search (unless hosted elsewhere with a more logical name)... So thats good...

well as a spectator the map really helps me at least. I can estimate direction adn speed and at least know aprox where and when to go where.

a couple 'lakebeds' MAY be muddy like no mud you have ever seen---- but if the course comes into/close to Hammertown as it shows, you can get an idea of who is going good without leaveing the coffee pot &/or cold beers !

If he is that much of a douchbag then out him to the wolves at Pirate! Seems you guys know who it is. Even if it wouldnt help anybody out that is a bullshit move. Dave and Jeff have worked their asses off to keep the course a secret. 2 or 3 days before they release it probably wouldnt make that much of a difference but still a bullshit move. Just my 2 cents.

Pre-running advantages...

Forcing the common joe to spend a lil cash to help support the sport and event mostly I would think. Hell if you want to pre0run, just hit the hammer trails. Its not rocket science, its desert and hammer trails. But if people can go in and just down load the map, print it for them selfs and a few for buddys and head out there. hammerking looses about 20-50$ from that one download and guy printing some, over them baying em out there.

I did use mine, but I also bought 2 shirts, a beanie, and Hat.. so I still contibuted in one way I guess...

There's plenty of FREE down-loadable maps of the Hammers for the "common joe" to go around. So no need to have to see the coarse map ahead of time.
