here (http://www.forwardair.com/) is the link for forward air, find the location nearest you and drop it off to be shipped, you will need to make a forkliftable crate for it, but they are good on prices.

Thanks, by the way, how much do you think a cast iron engine weighs? its just the heads, pistons, rods, crank, harmonic balancer, and timing chain cover, oh and the block of course. Also, is anyone interested in a good chevy 400 crank for converting to a 383 or something?

I have had good luck with www.freightpro.com. I just shipped a Dana60 (550 lbs in a 80"x24"x24"crate) from WI to AR for $128.00. I had to make a crate and bring it to the terminal for shipping, other than that peice of cake. Plus that included a $5.00/per pound insurance.
