McMahan 02-07-2010, 05:53 PM Im specifically wasnting to know if a set of omf 17x9 with 4.5 inch backspacing will clear a dana 44 aet up with high steer from parts mike without any grinding or would I need to look at the 18's instead. I have 12.5 on h2 rims and a barely clear my high steer arms..I can see light between the tire and the arm , but its way less than a 1/2 gap..So I think you'd be fine(even w/ a 13.5 tire), but if you were running 5.5 BS on a 8.5 rim and 13.5 wide tire you'd be rubbing the arm...This should be NON -hardcore too! | |
