East Coast Offroad Racing Series presents "The Second Coming"

What: ECORS is a grass-roots endurance race series designed to offer racing to all levels of vehicles. There are 3 different classes ranging from stock to unlimited, all competing seperately; So you dont' need a $50K buggy to race! Each event is part of a Series in which points are awarded and at the end of the season, a Series Champion is crowned in each class.

Where: The Devil's Playground in Silver Valley, NC hosted by the Muddevils 4x4 Club

When: March 20, race day. March 19 is driver check in, March 20 race day, March 21, open course for spectators


Details: Each Class runs the course a different times. Each competitor will be required to run a set number of laps within a given time frame. Competitors of the same class run the course simultanousley and have staggered starts.

Spectators: Camping is allowed. RVs are allowed but there are no electrical or water hookups. Cost is $10 admission in advance or $15 at the gate for the weekend.

Vendors/Sponsors: Traditionally, this venues brings a large crowd. Vendor spaces are available and Sponsor opportunities are still open. Costs varry. Contact me for more info.

Class A: Stock type veicles up to 35" tires
Class B: Modifided vehicles up to 40" tires
Class C: Unlimited, run what ya brung!

Entry fee for all classes is $150 for ECORS members. Non members, $185.

Payouts for each class for "The Second Coming":

Class A:
1st place for Fall Brawl: $350 plus $300 of Snap On tools and collectibles
2nd place for Fall Brawl: $250 plus $200 worth of Snap On tools
3rd place for Fall Brawl: $150 plus $100 Snap On gift certificate

Additional prizes may be added as more sponsors come on board

Class B:
1st Place = $450 CASH + Trophy & Prizes as received by sponsors
2nd Place = $250 CASH + Trophy & Prizes as received by sponsors
3rd Place = $150 CASH + Trophy & Prizes as received by sponsors

Class C:
1st Place = $500 CASH + Trophy & Prizes as received by sponsors
2nd Place = $300 CASH + Trophy & Prizes as received by sponsors
3rd Place = $200 CASH + Trophy & Prizes as received by sponsors



End of season Series Championship prizes are as follows:

Class A:
1st place winner: $2,000 = Roll cart and Hand tools + $1000 CASH

2nd place winner: $1,000 = 1/2 Cordless impact, socket sets(stand and metric),gloves + $500 CASH

3rd place winner: $500 = Starter set of Blue point tools and cordless screwdriver + $300 CASH

Class B:
1st place winner: $1200 CASH + Trophy & Prizes as received by sponsors

2nd place winner: $400 CASH + Trophy & Prizes as received by sponsors

3rd place winner: $200 CASH + Trophy & Prizes as received by sponsors

Class C:
1st place winner: $1500 CASH + Trophy & Prizes as received by sponsors

2nd place winner: $600 CASH + Trophy & Prizes as received by sponsors

3rd place winner: $400 CASH + Trophy & Prizes as received by sponsors
