The futures so bright...this was originally thought by not only me but the junkyardguy as a FORD D60 front axle. Does this look like one to you??? http://home2.polaroiddigital.com/auction/Oct/200110271011917093517381.jpg Or this http://home2.polaroiddigital.com/auction/Oct/200110274555507897882332.jpg one last time http://home2.polaroiddigital.com/auction/Oct/200110279061084365359779.jpg Sayys "Front Ford". When I got there I said, Im looking foe a front end, he said he doesnt have any truck axles at all, I said Ive seen some in the back & need one for my "project". I had to force him to look, cause I knew one was there. Finally he said lets go look. We both talked about it & how it doesnt have to be pretty & stuff, blahblahblah. He said well Ill give it to you...for "$125.00". This is a chevy d60 my friends. I was wrong , sorry, its not a ford. Thank you Jesus! I didnt realize till I was waiting for a train to pass, looked over & sure enough it was written on it " chevy & 60", looked closer at the spring pads & voila!!!! Lotto is next!!!

Skeetshooter, not all as heavy as I imagined but it came home in my explorer. I MUST HAVE been looking at it upside down cause I know I was specifically looking for a pass side diff. Where can I look for the rest of the components to complete it. I need the best affordable place. I can be patient. BTW Anybody want to buy a "complete" Chevy d44HD with brakelines too. $255

Not trying to start an argument but are you sure it's not a Dodge front end? From the pics it looks like it is setup for studs instead of ubolts where it goes onto the cast this would tell me it a Dodge. But het it's a 60 and that's all that matters.

Its from a Chevy. The shock mounts and the steering stabilizer give it away.

You better stop teasing us, we might have to come and repo the axle for that kind of behavior.
