I did that to a set of 1 1/2 rancho's! Got out with hose clamps and VICE GRIPS!!!!!!!

the first time i broke my spring i used vice grips and wraped a few rags around them so if they fell of i wouldn't loose the vice grips.........
the second time it happened i used a 1" ratchet strap wrapped around the springs and tightened them up....... it worked better than the vice grips...........:flipoff2:

My cj's are showing the bow shape near the big eye,

I've got spares. I'm just waiting for the big bang
I've been running stock cj with m-links in the rear minus the bottom spring plus the stock Zuk overload.
It's becoming more evident everyday (daily driver) that I'm going to have to do something. Getting more and more spring wrap.
I've been looking at traction bar set ups on the board, haven't decided what I'm going to do yet.
