Now that the wood flooring is off my trailer I am curious as to mow many floor supports I should have? My 16 foor trailer only has 8 supports, appr 2 feet apart. Is this enough for my Toyota or should I add some more? Before now the only thing I ever hauled was 3 4 wheelers and an old 8n tractor. I just want the trailer to be safe to haul the Toy on.

Any other suggestions or ideas please feel free.

I think you will be OK. For piece of mind you can always put the tires of vehicle being hauled on top or close to one of the floor supports.

I think 2 feet apart is fairly standard. If you've had an 8N on there, I think a Toyota will be ok.
