Any one have them?
What do you think, I am thinking of putting them on my daily driver. I am wondering about mielage most of all.
They are the only 285/75/16 I can find with a 10 ply sidewall.

Not much in a search http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/search.php?s=&action=showresults&searchid=285385&sortby=lastpost although they seem to wear fast. Any one know of a 285/75/16 in a "E" range.

Try the tow rig forum.
BTW it's a 10 ply rating - not actually a 10 ply sidewall.

Do you want wider? We have been looking for tires for Dan. He does'nt want wider though, just a little taller. I found a couple in a 255/85-16. They are only load range "D" not "E" & have a 65 psi max., but the max weight rating is within a couple hundred pounds of the "E" tires.

My brother put them on his Cummins dodge. IMHO they suck for a tow rig. Going to the races towing a 3600 pound SCCA mustang on our 28 foot gooseneck I grabbed 2nd put it to the floor getting on the interstate and lit em up! His truck has a fair amount of stuff done to it but the old wild country's that he had on it never did that! They were not impressive in the mud or rain either. They only have about 5000 miles on them but I think they will be gone within 20-25 thousand.
