we need to have 2 sandblasters runnin....so we need one more rig with a good on-board air system so we can split into two groups. let one of us know...soon! now

all it takes is a good york with a bumper as an air tank i guess....come awn!!!!:flipoff2:

Are you planning to sand blast the paint on the slabs at the clean-up run? Had thought about using granite-colored spray paint this year. The trouble with sand blasting (speaking from experience here) is that you clean the paint off and you are left with a clean granite surface that still stands out (and you will spend a week cleaning sand out of all you orrifices and crevises!). Lemme know if this is the plan - I believe WM said the Rangers dont mind if we camouflage paint it (granite colors).

ya andy i know ALL about it too!!! i blasted the tub be4 i put it on the cruiser...and that was in controlled conditions not on the trail and it was fawked up!!!

ill talk to jeff again sat, but he wanted me to find someone for another blaster. so thats what im tryin.

Opps, I forgot about the paint idea we spoke about Andy. My bad, anyways, Andy you can figure on having about 30 people or so in your group, I thought you could split it up and send Dustiin and a group to the other side of the slabs. This way we wont have 30 people standing arounding watching 3 or 4 people work (Cal-trans)

You guys can work out the details, but I know that there is tons of broken glass all over the trails and that will be plenty fun picking up!

Let me know how plans go, or if you need anything. I'm in the process right now of working out all the details for the crew leaders and groups ie. Loon/Spider/Tahoe.

so do we not need another air system??? some dude in gen4x4 sounds like he will let us use him and his rig. but the paint would be chill...lol. less chance of things not workin out.
