I went to Dixie Run, this past weekend in Tellico. A guy from Texas had one of the most functional looking trailers I have seen yet. Unfortunately I don't know what company makes it. The trailer was a gooseneck 30' or so, with the front built like a horse trailer (living quarters) then behind that is where the jeep sat. It said TxHauler on the front. The trailer looked top notch. I have looked today for that company and can not find them. If anyone might know who makes a trailer like this let me know please. I am interested to see how expensive they are, or if it is a custom one off deal.

You could always go the poor man's route and get the flatbed gooseneck, and then throw a camper on the front of it. I've seen that done a few times and it works pretty slick.

Get ahold of someone there at Silverlite and ask them what they can do for you. They may be able to go ahead and build you a trailer set up like that one was.

I saw it, dude bought a brand new horse trailer with living quarters and had a shop cut and modify the back for him. It was really sharp.

Coffey-I was wondering if he might have done that to a horse trailer. If he did use a horse trailer it would have been expensive!
Insano- I checked out the pics. but I did not see the trailer I saw last weekend. The trailer looked like it was all polished alumunium, With BFG tracks painted on it.

no thats not the trailer, this one was aluminum. I have horses too and a trailer like the one he had with living quarters and about 20-24ft long like his would cost min $30,000 and probably closer to $45,000 then the fab work probably cost around $3-5000. But it was the nicest thing I have seen to pull your truck with! I think it would pull much better than the type of campers I have seen lately that you drive up into- they just look too heavy and too high. I don't think money was a problem when he built it... Very nice

I've got a real nice custom hauler for sale- and the price is right- I can e-mail pics to anyone. Well Fabbed 21' fifthwheel, subframed with a 17' dovetailed open flatbed on back. It looks custom more than redneck and tows great- less than 20k weight with my cummins/ dodge, trailer, jeep and quad

That's what I did. 30 ft. GN with 11 ft. truck camper up front. Room for the heep, dirt bike, quad, generator, spares, etc. Similar to the "rigsmall" pic on Capn Insano's site, but longer. Works out great, but you need a real truck to pull it all.:D

there is a place in tracy california called travelin toys that sells trailers and driving past there shop it looks like they sell trailers like that
