If you're a CA wheeler, I hope to see you at Cal4wheel's convention this weekend so we can talk land use, Access Army, BlueRibbon, Sierra Trek, vehicle requirements, etc., as well as Association business.

I plan to be there as my club delegate, but would enjoy chatting with anyone who has a land use or environmental affairs (my position in Cal4) question.

And don't forget to vote for the Land Use War Machine in the show n shine.

We'll be in the vehicle show and will also have the standard RTF booth in the Vendor Area... as well, you'll see us at the Black Tie and Boots Event next Friday... the Cherokee is looking good, and maybe Stac needs a rig of her own, since you're usually driving the TJ?

RTF just got the Cherokee back from the paint shop, with fresh decals... Cal4 Convention was the first time to really buy tickets, but a press release and pictures will follow shortly, and the'll have information on getting tickets, as well.

Cannot make it all of the way there but have fun and educate!

About 250 folks for convention and it came off fine. Landuse was a big topic as you can imagine, and folks are tired of losing lands. Cal4 did vote to take a stand to oppose the Feinstein bill SB 2921 so I'm sure press releases will be coming out soon.

Next year's convention will be in Visalia and the Central folks are saying it will be fun and not as spendy as some past conventions. Cool.

The raffle jeep was won by a guy from Minnesota. We already have next year's jeep ready for ticket sales.

The land use and raffle jeep coverage by Good Day Sacramento (live) was awesome. We got some great plugs in for Cal4 and convention.

My club will help lead some runs down here in Visalia up to the snow to go play on Friday.
Maybe even on Sat if enough interest.
