Has anybody had any experience with IMI Hi Torque starter motors?

I need to create a little more space for my front axle so my plan is to switch to a gear reduction starter. However, being from the “Land down under” my options for getting something locally are limited.

So… in a nutshell, are the IMI starters a good thing, or should I shell out the extra $$ and import one (Green/Mc???) from the US.

Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
