I chunked up my fan a couple of weeks ago. It's got to go, and of course I have the "large" nut clutch fan. I do not want to replace the POS, and I don't want to convert the water pump, so I've decided to go to an electric fan. Any suggestions, I have AC so it's going to have to be a puller setup. I'm thinking two fans, in a custom shroud, one on thermostat the other on manual with delayed turn off.

I have a Flexalite dual pusher setup myself. Works good and moves tons of air.
Drawbacks are it's real noisy and if the fuse blows it can get ugly.

Baja Binder runs on on his Terra. He is trying to finish up his D60 soa swap before it starts to rain. He tell ya about it when he is done wrenching and had time to .

I was running a clutch fan but due to P/S pump bracket issues with my short water pump, I switched to an electric fan (I know, this goes against my anti-electrical philosophy) & long water pump. This is the electric fan that has the aluminum blades on it that is in Jegs & Summit. It is just under $100 and it could suck a baby through the grill. Here a pic of it for reference.
