found one in an International truck in the wreckers so I grabed it and stuck it in my International truck

what about it makes it different then a choke control? Does it have a friction lock or something like that on it? Or a vernier control?

yup frictiol lock but with more of it
its alot stifer to pull then the choke but I like that (more controll)

Got one looks just like it our very old IH bucket truck... you might even be able to buy this still from IH truck...

well in actuly yes its got a hard spring
it makes things a bit easer, its got its times
it also helps in cold wether warm up being I have no " fast idel"

I thought that every IH came with the hand throttle. At least evey scout and IH truck I cut up had them.
