There is no way to do independant F/R operation with an 18. The twin stick in its stock configuration will not give you a 2wd low, however you remove a shift poppet and it will. Overall an easy job although you might as well rebuild it while you're in there, cause you're taking it all apart to do it. I've purchased a seal/gasket kit, but haven't found the actual t-case yet LOL. I'm considering buying the one pictured below. So much control in fact that if you have the shifters in the wrong place the t-case goes boom. I though on the 18 you could remove an interlock and have the same deal arndog SLADE 10-09-2002, 06:25 AM To remove the poppet you only need to remove the front cover where the levers are and it's in a hole between the two shift rods.
