Is the big white design on my 79 a sticker or paint?

Get this, the white " Ralley " stripe on my scout II was actually a sticker that someone primered and painted. Had to use paint stripper to remove it. It sucked.

Did they paint over the sticker or..?

Yes they painted over the sticker. Gonna paint the tub white and the cage " Fat City Orange "
