What model year did Ford start putting OBD2 in F700s?

Anybody has a 1996 F700 - can you check if it's OBD2?

Assuming this is a 370 or 429 truck, you can pretty safely assume that it is an OBD-I truck, Ford only put OBD-II on Cali emissions 96/7 460 F250/350's, so, I'm sure the same holds true for the F600 and bigger, as they run the same fuel injection setup.
