: 3spd column shift to floor shifter question Rooster47 10-09-2002, 11:22 AM I was under the impression that you had to buy some sort of kit to convert the column 3spd tranny to a floor shift. But I see some guy is selling what looks to be just the covers off of floor 3spds as conversions on ebay. Is this really all that is required? Butch KrustyKruiser 10-09-2002, 11:50 AM Yup, ditto Butch's answer - seeing as how 3 speeds are up for grabs these days, I would say one of the freindly folks here should be able to help you out with the top plate and shifter from a 3 speed.
