I have a 89 350 TPI that I cannot get to start. I have a spark, fuel but still will not turn over.

It MAY have ran out of fuel, not sure because I dont have gauges hooked up. I tried spraying starting fluid into the plenum but still will not turn over. Doesnt even sound like it wants to start even with starting fluid.

Any suggestions?

Have you checked compression?
Cam timing?
Fuel pressure?

I have not, I pulled the fuel line right where it goes to the fuel rail. This thing was running 2 days ago. Seems to me the spark at the wires is very weak.

I would verify fuel pressure.
The fact there was fuel in the rail tells you nothing.

Check your distributor, I have the same engine and it was the coil and dist, It could be the pickup under the cap

It was a bad ground at the engine block, cleaned it up real good and fired right up
