I'm looking into putting 34's on the samurai.
Has anyone heard anything about the LTB's? I'm looking into running either the 34x9.5x15 TSL or the 34x10.5x15 TSL-LTB. The latest ad in the mags lists the 34x9.5's for $140.95 and the 34x10.5's for $114.95 each. As you can see I would prefer the 10.5's due to price in addition to them fitting a 15x8 wheel much better.
The specs (number plys etc) list about the same on the interco website. I'm currently running 31x10.5x15 TSL's on 15x8 wheels.

Actually I had read one of those threads. The other I didn't see though.
I think I'm going to end up going with the LTB's. Hopefully they they last a while on a zuk.

Hey Mark. I was the guy at SOTR with the beagle. I just put a set of 33 x 12.50 Swamper TSL Radials. I have 15x8 wheels too. But for 12.50's they aren't that wide. 10.50's might be to narrow.
Food for thought.

I'm actually happy with the 10.5" wide tires. I thought about going with 33x12.5's but the wheels I have won't work with those tires. The backspacing is 2.75 so they would rub the YJ springs.
I'm going 34's for that little bit of extra height. Since the tires are narrow the weight shouldn't be much different than a 33x12.5. That in combination with my driving style, I'm hoping that I don't break too much.
