Welcome to the club TNT Customs!

We've had ours in service for over a year now. Repeatability is very good. We bend steel and AL tubing and pipe. AL bends nice... :smokin:

We also use the IDX-15 rotary positioner. IMO, the bender is useless without it. With it you can set your stops for start of bend and make parts quick - with or without rotation between bends.

Other Baliegh machines we have worth mentioning are:
- the TH-300 Hole saw notcher. Cuts fast and accurately. No heat or mess from abrasive belt machines and no expensive end mills...
- the BS-260M, great dual mitering band saw!
- the WP-1800 weld position

We absolutely love our bender. Once we started talking to Shane, we grew from an original order of just an Ironworker, to outfitting our shop primarily with Baileigh equipment. The RDB-250 makes quick work any chassis, when paired with Solidworks, or Bendtech, it performs accurately and efficientely. Shane was super easy to deal with, and always on the spot to take care of our order. I would honestly recommend Baileigh to anybody looking to invest in a quality tool.

Everybody here rocognizes this simple truth:

We ended up purchasing the RDB-250, along with their ironworker, mill, lathe, Hydraulic roll bender, cold saw and tube notcher.

Finally had a chance yesterday to get our bender working. Just did a few trial bends to get the feel of the machine. We got the rdb-300, and it is a really great machine. We have been so busy I am having a hard time getting to any fab work, but with a new guy starting next week I hope to get to designing some parts and building some cages.

I also got a cold saw from Shane and man I love that, no sparks or mess like from my chop saw and much cleaner cuts. I will be looking to add one of their band saws and while I have a notcher, really like a couple in the baileigh line up.

Thanks Baileigh for an awesome machine! We are so excited to get this thing in use and have 3 chassis in the works right now. We are hopeing to have the first chassis all bent up this week. Fantastic product and we'll be sure to get pictures posted soon.

Shane asked me to post up a couple pictures of what we've been up to with our new RDB-250. I have nothing but praise for Baileigh on this bender. Trust me guys, if you want a bender that works without a bunch of waisted time, this is the bender. We design everything in Bend Tech Pro and have had next to flawless success combining the two. After the initial setup for spring back calculations this bender is so easy and user friendly to operate accurately. With the addition to a good degree finder for rotation, we are able to do 3 dimensional bends repetitively. The plan is to purchase the indexing table when funds allow.

So far we have bent up 2.0" .120 wall T6 Aluminum, 1" .65 HREW, 1.25 .125 DOM, 1.5 .125 DOM, 1.75 .120 DOM and 2.0 .120 DOM. This machine allows us to pre bend the complete chassis before even putting one weld or notch to a tube. This really helps with a small shop when doing a build. With combining this bender with their new RDB-250 notcher, we have greatly improved our efficiency. We can't wait to get some more products prototyped and begin production on such a compact machine.

Thanks again for the great products and great customer service. Look for some really cool builds coming from our shop very shortly.

Got the bender all setup and have put a bunch of tube through it. Big jump from a pro tools hydro to this. Way more efficient and much nicer and precise bends. Nothing but good to say about machine. Shane's been great to deal with and is always there to make things right. Baileigh has much more of my money coming there way!
