no. the th350 out put is way shorter that the 700r4.

a 2wd th350 might work but dont count on it.

Beyond that, why the fawk would you do THAT swap when there are so many other transfer cases out of every other GM truck made that would work better? You better just have that 231 handy, sitting in the garage, and be like, desperate for a t-case, that's a dumb swap. :flipoff2:
