how hard do ya think it'd be to put VW bug body ontop of a sammy chassis? just kickin the idea around :D want something you don't see on the trail everyday

How hard ? depends on your skill and imagination levels .Theres a guy in England that put a beetle body on a Rangerover ,so your not the first .But to be honest ,if you have to ask ,then forget it .Not trying to pi$$ on ya parade dude .Nothing is impossible when it comes to cars ,so if your set on doing it ,then get to it .Isn't there a web site for this type of custom sh!t .

There's a guy up my way that has a convertible bug on a bronco chasis. He's a mud runner, to each his own.
I'm about go parts, not show parts.

I used to build Bugs a long time ago (3 body off restos) The bug has no frame, it is a unibody. It would take a lot of fab work. Also depends on the wheelbase. If you put your mind to it I guess anything is possible but What in the fawk would you want to that for anyway?

i got a body off my old vw dune buggy here, its just the front piece, like the dash and everything in front of that...... it dosn't look a bit like a beetle anymore but i think its prett cool so i'm going to use that on my buggy when ever i decide to get going on it again........ i got alot of the parts needed, but don't really have the money to do it so i'm sticking to one rig only for now.....:flipoff2:
