Does anyone have some pics of half doors for FJ40's? I am hoping to make some out of the original doors that are on there right now. Anyone have any tips and tricks on how to do these?

Going there this weekend to do some work. I gotta tear the top off and then turn it around and back it in. Gotta find some axles and other crap and then start chopping.

Ive made 2 sets so far for other people....
I must have lost the pics on my old computer, but the best way that I had found to seal in the top once cut was to run 1x3 in square...thin ga stuff.
I cut out the interior of the door and replaced it with 18 ga sheet and welded in a cross brace for strength (1in c channel). I made an access panel to get into the latches and handles.

I have a set in the garage if you wanna see pics. I can re take some.
