I have a 1992 ZF5 speed with BW1356 t case. The trans has two PTO Pads and the T-case has one RH PTO Pad. The trans is the diesel pattern. It all shifts great and works with out fail. The front yoke needs to be replaced on the case. The bolts were loose and it broke one ear off. Asking $800.00 for the set. Located in California City Ca. Two hours north of L.A.
