Busy, busy, busy!!! We have lots of good stuff going on here these days. I have to apologize to all of the people that have called and left me messages. Need more hours in the day. Below are some pictures of a pile of Torchmate X tables in various levels of completion.

This is a 12' Routermate (that is our CNC Router product line) Gantry Kit that is being retrofitted onto an old Torchmate table for the military. They are going to be drilling 2" holes in 1" thick steel plate. It was a custom build that I managed to get some shots of before they crated it completely.

Finally got all the Torchmate X tables out the door and had a little time to breathe and get organized.

Then we had to get ready for a photo shoot. We are getting ready to launch a new website and catalog. You may see some new machines we will be launching soon. Torchmate 2 and Torchmate 3 all steel table machines. If all goes well they will be available in the next month or so. We have been getting a lot of requests for machines that can just be forklifted into place and plugged in, but less expensive than the Torchmate X water and downdraft tables. This is our answer. These will still use our extruded aluminum gantry, but it will come completely assembled and tested. I too some pictures of the steel and aluminum versions sitting next to one another.

Another Routermate Gantry Kit crated and headed out. This one is a 4' model I think. They all start to blend together.

Our Torchmate March Madness NCAA Basketball Tournament Pool. Kansas hurt a lot of people. But not me. :D West Virginia all the way for me. Goooo Mountaineers!!!!

Also, here is a shot of our next Torchmate Road Trip. We have not spent a ton of time in the Southeast. So, here we go. Be sure to check the website www.torchmate.com (http://www.torchmate.com) for details as to where we will be and when. The crew should have a couple 2x2's and a 4x4 Torchmate 2.

The Torchmate Rock Crawler will be back in action this weekend in Oroville, CA for Round 1 of the WE Rock Western Rockcrawling Series. Shannon Peed, our faithful shipping manager, will be taking the wheel with Nick Socha, one of our master fabricators, spotting for her. Good luck guys!!!

Jesse Haines will be debuting his new Pro-Mod buggy. He took a couple weeks off to finish it. I never see him, but everyday we come in it is that much closer to being finished. Only a couple days left. Looking good!

And of course we have Torchmate 2x2's everywhere in various stages of completion. I think that we are up to about 85-90 out the door at this point. There are 50 more headed to paint and 100 more behind that being fabricated. So far we have had nothing but rave reviews. We tested a new Thermal Dynamics Cutskill 40 plasma cutter that seems to be working very well. We just had 30 of these unit shipped in and they are now available for $750 with a 10 foot lead. They knocked the rating back to 35Amps, but from all we can tell it is the same unit. Great for one off parts in material thicknesses up to .25" when mounted in the machine. You can probably cut twice that by hand. Consumables are relatively inexpensive and you can buy them right off our online consumable parts store at www.torchmatestore.com (http://www.torchmatestore.com). We have had a lot of interest in these little things since we are the only company in the US that has them.
