: Will a Prelude Engine Fit?

I will have access to a '90 Honda Pelude engine thats all complete. I was wondering if anyone have fit on into a Sami yet?

since no replies yet, I do believe the honda engines spin in a reverse rotation to most other engines.

Unless you like driving around with 5 reverse gears, I'd take a pass on the Prelude engine. Only the S2000 spins the correct way. Not to mention it would require a very custom method of attaching it to a useful transmission.

besides, its a hon-duh!

What if I just put it in bafckwards????:flipoff2: just joking, I'm just trying to come up with an alternative to rebuilding my original this winter. I guess I'll stick to the looking for a 4.3 thanks for the replies.

I just swapped the 1.3 that was temporarily residing in my buggy into my DD.....I think the kick 1.6 16 is going in the buggy, I dont know about that heavy american iron just yet :)

I agree.. I don't like the 4.3 in the samurai either.
