Did a fix on my chevy that the dealer told me I could'nt 94 full size with the crappy 5 spd. replaced it with a 80 th350 pretty muck a direct bolt in all but the speedo can i take a sendind unit from a newer tranny (700r4 or somthin) and make this go without a the old cut and splice. I've been driving it for 2 years with no speedo with out any probs. but my newly turned 16 son will be driving it once in a while so I'd like for him to know how fast he's goin

What kind of connector did the original speed sensor have?? If it had a two prong weather pack connector you could go to your local Dodge dealer and get the speed sensor for a 93 Dodge.. They screw on where the speedometer cable was on the TH350..
