The panhard rod will be cut off after it is finished it is still there to help suport the rig while the other set up is completed.

That Patrol looks pretty cool, but with that guy around who knows what's underneath it.

Looks cool, although the solid mounts were pretty sweet too. Saves on springs and shocks. Are you planning on reinforcing your mount on top of the diff?

Nice wheelstand but my John Deere can wheelie a good 15 - 20 meters in 5th gear! :flipoff2:

The top link is actually a localy made offroad trailer coupling. That has full movement in all directions. It is fully strong and we doubt it will cause any dramas.

Here are some more pics of one off the vehicle.

First one is as it would be when conected to a Tow Bar.

We dont use the section that bolts to the Tow Bar Tongue.

Yes we will reinforce the top mount it is only tack welded in so far.

I dont beleive you can even get the wheels up on your John Deere i think we need proof pics :flipoff2:

I am shocked at your "civil" reply.

I don't see any mounting for the single coil spring, please don't tell me those plans have been abandoned. Visions of a truck with the same ride charicteristics as those little coil spring horses in the kiddie park come to mind.....boing.....boing......boing

wow, no kidding. I thought it was just a customized Patrol pickup. Kinda hard to tell with the fenders cut up that high.

and where do you find all these "wonderful" ideas, RUFF?

Who makes it and what kind of price range are we talkin - I used a similar idea (lacking the extra plane of misalignment) on the upper link of my front end with standard trailer spindle and rod end...

And the trailer coupling.

And before anyone goes on about balanced travel or controlled droop of anything we know already :flipoff2: . This things got one spring and no shocks but you gotta start somewhere.
