: xj leaf springs

i got a set of jeep xj rear springs they are rusty's 3.5" ones from a friend for 50$ i was thinking i would throw them under the front of my s10 im building. my question is would this be an ok spring for the front? the part number matches for the xj rear and waganeer fronts share the same part number.. i know this isnt a jeep question but i figured the chevy forum wouldnt know muich about jeep xj springs.. thanks for any info

the xj leaves. like to have axle wrap. but being rustys springs. idk. i would just try a combnation of spring packs.

nope do not do it Go with Waggy front springs instead

i used 3.5" RE XJ springs in the front of my jeep. and they have worked well so far.

im using 2 stock main xj leafs for a milatery rap and 3 rear chevy leafs in each pack on the front of my jeep with 1 tons and 38 works geat

how many leafs are in your RE pack? would you recomend xj leafs or just go with waggy springs?

one more question, do xj springs have an offset center pin? i forgot to look when i was looking at the springs

both waggy and xj's are offset see pics on thread on my sig comparing...
