Didn't find any threads on this.
Making a mount for the 1st generation is easy enough with the access to metal you get.
Anyone do a mount for a 3rd generation 4runner? Pics please.

There's a company called AW Direct that sells tow truck accessories. They have a bunch of different laptop mounts that could be easily worked into any vehicle.

Ram-Mount lists one; use their "Vehicle Laptop Wizard"

If this mount is anything like a GPS Ram-Mount I have, it'll be an excellent product.

I second this, I have been thinking about getting their mount for netbooks. I have their mounts for my GPS, ham radio and iphone. Best mounting system I found by far.

I third this....we ran 2 of these hooked two our tough books in our U/A hummers back in 2002 prior to the advent of all this crazy technology they have now that and the mounts in the in the JERRVS...also ran ram mounts for our GPS on our 4 wheelers for range clearances in the tundra and backcountry of Alaska...they work great...
They dont make a vehicle specific for a 4runner but the universal heavy duty mount would work.
