One of a king Long Travel Suzuki Quadzilla 500.

Sorry for the bad cell pics, my camera gave up on me and the bike is still a little dirty from this weekend.

This is a full custom built machine.

Started life as a 1987 Suzuki Quadracer 500cc.

The motor has 2 rides since a complete rebuild which included the crank, complete bottom end, all new bearings etc.. .20 over Piston. Fully reinforced cylinder. Full race port 1987 big reed cage cylinder ( this bike makes 80+ hp. ). 1990 transmission ( closer ratios than the 1987 )

1 of 10 custom hand coned DR.Q by shearer in frame drag pipe.

One off 43.5mm PSI big Air carb ( no more jets to change, all adjustments can be made without removing the carb from the quad )

Cool head ( with o-rings ) with custom cut dome.

PWR oversize Aluminum Radiator

Pingel Fuel Petcock.

New stator and Big Hub Flywheel.

New clutch basket and Kevlar barnett clutch.

Chassis modified for custom long-travel a-arms and no-link +5 swingarm.

Front 19" ELKA quad rate elite series shocks.
Rear 19" dual rate ELKA Elite series shock.
( shocks cost $2700 alone to have built, they are not cheap off the shelf Ebay specials)

Frons spindels are Honda 450 and uses Honda pattern wheels, brakes etc. Front hubs are HARDKOR Engineering Billet with tapered bearings.

Wave brake rotors front and rear.

Rear is setup for a Honda carrier and uses all Honda parts. Rear axle is a Lonestar +2 with All billet hubs.

IMS large kick-up foot pegs.

Flexx Bars with ROX risers and a custom anti vibe steering stem.

ASV unbreakable levers.

Pingle billet on-off and tether switch.

Terry throttle assembly with braided throttle and clutch cables.

Custom six-pack rack w/quick releace flag holder.

Front and rear beadlock wheels ( rear paddles in pic are NOT included in sale.)


I have well over $10k invested on the build and I have really enjoyed riding this quad. Its just time for something different.

Im leaving a ton out but just cant remember it all...

This bike is at home in the dunes, Dezert, or the MX track.

Holy $hit that thing looks like death on wheels. I would be all over it if I could shoot you an offer that wouldn't insult you. I guess this time being broke probly saved my life, good luck with the sale.
