Should I use heims or bigger tie rod ends?

I've seen the "Dodge Truck tie rod ends" mentioned... What size are they?

tie rod ends, the es150's are a 3/4 fine thread, taper is smaller than a stock chevy tie rod, but quite a bit larger than a stock jeep end.

I'm looking to getting DOM tube w/ 3/4 x 16 threaded ends... seems common for heims.

Is that the same thread for the ES 150's?

I'm thinking that w/ those TRE's tho, I'd have to drill out the knuckle on a Dana 30. True?

MOOG ES2847R and
MOOG ES2848L

Off a ramcharger or some shite. Much bigger and no mods to the knuckle or drag link are required.

Heims for steering...........no thanks.

Here is one way to do it: http://www.vintagebronco.com/newberry/pages/tech/tre/tre.html
Each tie rod end costs about $25 from autozone. Parts are from 85 blazer.

They run about $40 a piece around here. Those numbers match up to most companies rod ends, but MOOG are the best.
