I plan on changing the suspension to an Ironman three inch lift. Are there other modifications that must be done after installling the lift?

brake lines, breather tubes need to be extended. depending on the size, sway bar links may need to be extended, and steering wheel will need to be recentered (i just cranked the relay rod)
