Any suggestions on removal. I have beat the HELL out of the thing and it wont come out. Thanks

well if your GOOOOD with a HOT WRENCH it will come right out of there

I assume Spicer type axle?
I once got one (D 60) out with a big puller, big enough to grab over the whole housing. Crank it down tight WD 40 the hell out of it and heat the bearing the best yo can. Beat the center of the puller with a BFH. Eventually it will pop. Took me hours on mine but it was fried on there good. I ran it out of oil on the freeway.:(
