I recently traded a few things and aquired a 5.0 HO motor. I thought I could use it in my project, but dont really wanna go that route...

It has FORGED pistons and crank. 351W heads. Dual sump oil pan. Its in pieces, (Missing bolts and pushrods) but all the major parts are there.

$350 or will trade for a ZF trans from behind a 351W

The heads were worked, and then ran about MAYBE 1K miles.
