Anybody know where to find one of these valves? I've been Googling "hydraulic stroke control" in various combinations and keep coming up empty.. Am I using the right terminology?

Should be correct termonology.
Maybe add Gresen or Comercial/Shearing in (brand names of hydraulic components). ??

I would try Grainger. If they don't have it they can get it off the part number.
