Great pics! Damn, Scott you rolled on #9 too. I wonder how many of us rolled on that obstacle?

I was told that at one point 5 out of 6 consecutive rigs rolled on #9. Saw about 10 on #6, 8 or so on #4, around 6 on #3. Those were the only courses I could see from where I was working. Best rolls from my view were Paule on #3 and the Green Hornet lawnmower sounding thing on #3. (He caught fire on 6 later on)
And who can forget Hamilton's assault on #9, that was freakin awesome even if he didn't dump it.

I was climbing on 9, but the front end just got too high, and Chad couldn't hold it any more. One of the judges commented that it was the slowest rollover he's ever seen in his life.

Was this the guy that was in TTC a few years ago that lost because he didn't want to fuck up the his body? Cut to hell now.

holy chit!.. thats the same rig?

I remember watching the video... the guy looked like he was about to start crying in the tank traps when he slid the body side in to the bank and got "stuck".

To his credit, he's been kicking himself ever since, for caring about the body. He coulda won TTC if he'd said "forget the body". Instead, I beat him in the Tank Trap 'cause I did take that attitude, and dragged my 2WD carcass as far up the mountain as possible... and I think a couple of places farther up in the Tank Trap woulda won it for him. It probably didn't help that Carl and I walked down, with half my exhaust in my hand (I'd ripped it off in one of the mudholes, and one of the judges had given it back to me on my way back down) and told them to "forget the body" before they started.

The guy who looked near tears in the video, is the spotter.

And that rig took some very hard hits... at least one of those rolls was more or less end-over backwards.

Yeah, rolled. Broke a king coilover. Wish I could have seen it, but I have a couple of friends that have some pictures.

Also to his credit he is a very nice guy. And amount of hours he has put into that rig is unbelievable. He also frequents this board.
