Two quick questions.

1. does anybody know for sure how bolt on the Series III dash is onto a NAS D-90

2. and who might have some dash parts sitting around for cheap MIKE????? I know you have something man.

well, over here people fit 90/110 dash'es to S3 bulkheads, so i suppose they must be interchangable.

although why you'd want to go back to a S3 style???

KC,

I have all of the dash parts off of my bulkhead (127).

It's sunfaded, torn in a few spots, but if you *really* wanted them they're all yours.

Unfortunately all of those parts are still in Portland with the rest of my tools/parts. I'm heading up there not this weekend, but next to drive the rest of it down. I was going to toss those parts, but if you want 'em I'll bring 'em down and ship them to you.

What, in particular, are you looking for? BTW, my dash parts are all RHD.

The difficulty in securing a newish defender dash was the reason I eliminated it altogether. Doing a custom dash is going to be pretty trick, but I totally understand wanting to just bolt stuff on (either for looks/authenticity or ease of installation).

Let me know.

hey mike well, I cant imagine trying to make a rhd dash work on my truck (left hand drive) ;) but thanks man. i have a custom dash designed, but I just dont have the cash to have it made, and I dont have the tools to do the job, unless I cut and weld instead of brakeing the bends. I kinda like the SIII dash a little bit, and I always hated the D-90 dash. But who knows what I will do. Hey 9v do you have a complete dash. And let me know on the condition. PM me with details once you have them.

I have a pretty complete but worn/tired SIII dash that is all yours for the cost of shipping. But there is a catch. Part of it I have, here in Portland - dash end caps and a few other small bits. The vast majority of it is attached to my bulkhead, which is attached to the frame of my 109, sitting in Paso Robles at Timm and Matthew's shop. Timm is going to be R and R ing the bulkhead with another, earlier one, and the SIII BH will eventually make its way back here for me to strip the plastic crap off. I am pretty sure Matthew will be taking the bulkhead. The long and the short of it is I'm happy to give you the stuff, but I can't give it to you now.... Unless you feel like going to Paso Robles! Let me know if you are interested anyway.
