Thanks, I'll have to locate it on the map program. Seems like the last time I went out that way There were some locked gates.

Did you do the little 2 mile hike? Used to go to the coast that way through silets by moon shine campground, but it's been a couple years, an you still go through? Or is it locked down?

drift creek falls? with the suspension bridge? if so yeah its still open. You can drive the back road from Taft area all the way to Otis, I know theres also a drift creek falls road near Silets, not sure if they connect, havent tried.

All o that back road area is awesome, It is really cool to live out here but kinda pricey.

From Bear Creek it used to be a beautiful drive 'till they logged it all off. Been a few years since I've been to the "Giants". I always call our local game warden to see if the gates are open through Gravel Creek before heading up there.
