Seems a bit small. Would probably work, but I like to know that I can hold it wide open and beat on my truck until it runs out of gas if I feel like doing so. You're mounting it in the bed, so you have room for about anything you feel like running. I got one out of a junkyard for a Powerstroke. A lot of my friends have mud trucks running dump truck radiators and big blocks, couldn't overheat them if you tried. When I first put my motor in (Ranger with a 351W) I was broke and ran dual Radiators, kept the stock one in front and had one for a Crown Vic in the bed, it worked real good also.

I have a similar sized radiator, but 3 core, and about that power range. Mine will heat up pretty quick if the fans don't kick in and I am at a stoplight or somthing.

You will be fine. I am running the same thing on my big block mud racer that more hp than you will ever squeeze out of that 350. Those are a 1" core 2 row.

jenks, so you are running the same rad without trouble? they say it out cools the brass 4 cores.. i wanted to go with a 3 or 4 core aluminum rad but i havent been able to find one.. i might ger a junkyard one for now i gotta have the truck half way done by memorial day so i can take it to the coast, riding dirt bike all day gets tiring its nice to have a truck to drive on the sand a relax..

Mine is not a jegs one. I got it from one of my sponsors. I looked up a truck that would have a 4 core and ordered it through him. It was a 1" wide core 2 core. I figured I would throw it in my truck anyway. I am running the dual winstar fans and haven't had any problems yet. I race in the mud, just had my first race and everything went good temp never climbed much over 180, but on the same token was still pretty clean at the end of the day. Also I am running a 185 temperature switch to turn the fans on. I still have yet to hook up the second speed on the one fan.
