A while ago I made some links and now I can't remember where I got the damn bushings. I'm pretty sure the bushings were from a Ford truck leaf spring, but the ones I just ordered for a 1990 F350 were the wrong ones. They are 2" OD. I'm looking for a bushing that is a press fit into a 1.5" schedule 40 pipe. The ID of a 1.5" sch40 pipe is 1.610. I've spent the last 2 days searching this site and the web and I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Anybody got any info? I've also got some 1.75x.120 DOM(1.51 ID), 1.75x.090 DOM(1.57 ID), and 1.5x.095(1.31 ID) DOM if anyone knows what bushings I can squeeze in here for my link ends.

Hate to reply to my own thread but I decided to look into the other tubing options for bushings(which I hadn't done). For 1.75x.120 tubing I've found a number of companies that offer a bushing and they all have the same part number: BA175. This leads me to believe it is a common OEM bushing that I can pick up at the parts store, but I can't find the application. Any ideas?

I think I used the large eye bushings from an 87 suzuki samurai leaf spring for my 1.5 sch 40, they fit perfectly. all I had to do was file down the internal weld to make it slide in a little easier.

Alright cool. But, I bet those are only like 2.5" wide. I forgot to mention I'm looking for 3". Thanks
