I just bought a JD2 Model 32 air/hydro bender! Be here in a few days! Had to tell somebody! Now I can build that swingset for the kids... and new bicycle handlebars... and... well maybe not. But I can do my cage!:smokin:

Lakewood is about an hour and a half from me. I have found some good scrap tubing on craigslist in the past for cheap. That would be great for practicing, you should check it out.

Im looking to make a nice sturdy roof rack, and do some mods to a trailer. We can talk more once you have started bending!

Got it all mounted up and she's bending! Love it... Used a HF grinder stand I scored for free.... Works great. I have to add a little wider base to it though. Im thinking just a simple plate. Bending aprty at my place! Only if you have 1.5" tube though....:flipoff2:

Finally fired up the bender today and started bending! Not done yet but made some progress! "Needs more triangulation".... I know! Its coming....:flipoff2:
